I help people reverse chronic health issues, teaching them how to live their healthiest & happiest lives through holistic health methods such as dietary changes, exercise, meditation and other practical lifestyle adjustments. If you’re frustrated with bouncing from doctor to doctor and still not feeling like you’re on the right track, you’ve come to the right place. There is so much conflicting information about health and wellness out there that it’s nearly impossible to know where to begin.

MY PHILOSOPHY IS SIMPLE: EAT REAL FOOD!

No deprivation and no dieting. No counting calories. Nothing low fat and NO popping pills. Just natural, real food that comes straight from the earth - this is what nourishes our bodies and fuels our minds on a cellular level. When we consume the right foods, our body has an amazing ability to heal.
