Gluten Free Banana Chocolate Chip Oat Bread

{makes 1 loaf}

W E T   I N G R E D I E N T S:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract

D R Y   I N G R E D I E N T S:

    • 1.5 cups gluten free oat flour
    • 1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder 
    • 1/4 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

    I N S T R U C T I O N S:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine wet ingredients in one bowl.
    3. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl.
    4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
    5. Add in chocolate chips.
    6. Coat bread pan with coconut oil.
    7. Pour in batter.
    8. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
